MMA
In this class you will learn how to do the moves you seen on UFC. It is a fun way to get in shape and learn how to be an Ultimate Fighter. Our MMA class is a blend of Boxing, Muay Thai, Judo, Wrestling, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Are Instructors have trained in each of the arts. They also have competed in a variety of combative sports. We have had fighters from this class that have won Cage Fights and No-Gi Jiu Jitsu Tournaments.
Sports Jiu-Jitsu
This Class is a blend of Judo, Wrestling, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. It is made up of Gi and No-Gi techniques. If you are looking for a class that does not have any striking this definatley is for you. If you are wanting to do a tournament, but not be a cage fighter, your have found the right class.
Self-Defense
The Self-Defense Class is a way to learn a real street worthy Martial Arts. The Martial Art that makes up this class curriculum is Hawaiian Kenpo Jujitsu. If you ever dreamed of earning a black belt this is the class for you.
Fitness Kickboxing Bootcamp
This class is a great way to lose weight and have fun doing it. This class has bag work, moves in the air, as will as pilates moves, body weight exercise, medicine ball workouts, and stretching.
Fight Team
Is made up of Higher Power Martial Arts athletes that compete in MMA (Cage fighting), Boxing, and Jiu Jitsu tournaments.
Brad Bond is the Head Coach & Corner Man of the fight team.
Wayne Psencik is a competitor and a Corner Man, he has won 2nd place in No-Gi Jiu Jitsu at Joao Cruz Tournament 2009 and competed in Fight to Win.
Nolan Wynn won 1st place in No-Gi Jiu Jitsu at Tournament of Champions 5, got 2nd place at Carlson Gracie Open, won 2nd place in no-gi at 2010 Century Grappling Championship, also won 1st Place at Battle of the Hill Country in 4/17/10 and competed in the DOLLARMUR. 1st Place in Gi at NAGA Texas Grappling Championship and 1st place No-Gi.
Fredo Sarinana has fought in the cage and has done Jiu Jitsu tournaments. He won his fight 2/6/10 at Capitol Punishment in the Crockett Center. MMA record is 1-1.
William Badders has won numerous tournaments such as 3rd place Black Belt Division at AAU Tae Kwon Do Nationals, 1st Place AAU Tae Kwon Do State, 2nd place No-Gi Jiu Jitsu Grappler’s Domain War on the Mats, 2nd Pla ce 180 lb division No-Gi Jiu Jitsu TBJJF Summer Challenge, 3rd place Heavy Weight Gi at Battle of the Hill Country 09 , he Boxed at the 07 State Tournament, and many more. William also competes in MMA C age Fights. His MMA record is 2-1.
StephenBalderas- Won 2nd place in the Master Gi Division and won 2nd place in the Masters No-Gi Division at 2010 Century Grappling Championship.
Mike Chisum – with not even 6 months of trainning won third place a Battle of the Hill Country 4/17/10.
Ron Cunningham -3rd Place in Gi at NAGA Texas Grappling Championship and 3rd place No-Gi.
